Returns:

As a small business, Heart of Oak does not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind. Vintage items may display signs of wear that are reflective of their age and history. Please carefully read each item description before purchasing and get in touch with any questions prior to finalising your purchase.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within seven days, including supporting photographs, to arrange a refund or exchange. Heart of Oak does not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping:

Please allow up to five business days for your order to be processed. All orders are shipped with Australia Post and can be tracked through their website.
